Overview
To bring together all players in the value chain of flexible, printed electronics, displays and photonics

This workshop aims to bring together all players in the value chain of flexible, printed electronics, displays and photonics to define demonstrator projects for the application of Graphene and other 2D Materials.

Objectives:

  • Agree applications and potential products enabled by graphene and other 2D materials that can be developed to a commercial scale
  • Look at status quo and future vision on the sector(s)
  • Map out the supply chain required to deliver demonstrator projects and confirm the UK capability and capacity to enter into early vendor initiatives
  • Produce a list of potential demonstrator projects and potential collaborators.

Who should attend:

  • OEMs,
  • tier 1s,
  • technology developers,
  • end-users,
  • manufacturers,
  • product designers,
  • product managers

We are looking for a good mix of technology expertise and marketing/business development to bring products to the market

We also want to get input from end users that are currently not using Graphene or related 2D materials

Agenda

  • Introduction to the Special Interest Group
  • Developments in Graphene and Other 2D Materials – Status Quo – Various Speakers

Workshop

  • Ideastorming (Future Outlook)
  • Prioritization of ideas
  • Map the supply/value chain
  • Project definition
  • Scoping the key industrial challenges to be addressed by a demonstrator programme
  • Wrap-up and further steps
