Compound Semiconductors Special Interest Group
Compound Semiconductors (CS) represent a family of materials with properties that provide capabilities beyond that of silicon. They provide functionality inaccessible to silicon technologies due to the nature and controllability of the electronic structure of these materials. The Compound Semiconductors Special Interest Group (CoSSIG) will bring together the wide range of innovators in this field and link them up with the end user community by providing networking and dissemination opportunities across multiple sectors.
You may find our Compound Semiconductors Landscape Map helpful – this is an overview of the UK supply chain for semiconductors.
The report will be available online by 25th March.
