Events Team Customer Charter
At the KTN we are dedicated to delivering high quality, memorable and rewarding events for both our delegates and stakeholders.
- Proactive assistance when you register to attend one of our events
Our Event Management Team is there to help you with every aspect of your event from initial enquiry through to post-event follow up. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours of receipt.
- Effective communication
You will receive formal joining instructions from the dedicated Event Manager when you register for a KTN event. We aim to issue these at least 7 days in advance of the event. The team will also communicate any other relevant information to you in a timely manner, before, during and following our events.
- Dedicated, professional, well trained KTN staff are present on site during your event
We will provide a dedicated Event Team member during the event and ensure that any problems during the event are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our staff wear branded lanyards and will identify themselves to delegates.
- We use venues that comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
Relevant health and safety requirements are checked pre contract stage, and venues are checked on arrival to ensure that they meet our standards in terms of cleanliness and comfortability.
- Catering and accessibility to meet your needs
We aim to meet your needs and communicate any special dietary and accessibility requirements to the venue and/or caterers, prior to the event.
- Continuous improvement of our service
One of our key aims is that our delegates find real value in attending our events and recommend them to others. We aim to do this by providing you the opportunity to provide direct feedback on all aspects of our events.
- Transparency, clarity and timeliness in all financial matters
We will communicate any ticket prices upfront and any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated in a timely manner.
