Posted on 19/11/2018

Ambassadors for a low carbon future will offer advice & guidance to Lancashire businesses attending the Low Carbon showcase event on the 6th December.

Part funded by the the European Development Fund; Chamber Low Carbon, The Centre for Global Eco-Innovation, Lancaster University, The MaCaW Project and the University of Central Lancashire, together with The Knowledge Transfer Network are working to highlight the support and funding available from each programme to local Lancashire businesses.

Andrew Leeming, Boost Programme Manager, Lancashire County Council, said:

“There is a wealth of support available across the county to Lancashire based businesses to help them save money, develop new technology and reduce their carbon footprint. But as we know, every business has very different requirements.”

“I am thrilled to see the local Low Carbon teams working together to hold an event for Lancashire businesses from across the county to help make it easy to see what’s on offer to them.”

The morning event will start at 9.00am and will close with lunch a 12.00pm when there will be a chance to network with fellow delegates and discuss the support and funding available through each programme.
