Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies Open Innovation Event
An opportunity to meet key Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies personnel and learn about their innovation strategy and Open Innovation opportunities.
Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) provides process development and manufacturing services to the biopharmaceutical industry. Innovation activities take place on all three FDB sites (Teesside, North Carolina and Texas). In the UK their site at Billingham is home to more than 250 scientists and engineers supporting activities including microbial and mammalian cell line construction, biologics process and analytical development and extensive characterisation services for products and processes that they operate for customers.
FDB believe continued innovation and adoption of new approaches and technologies have been key to their success, and will continue to be essential as they strive to realise their goal ‘to be the leading and most trusted global CDMO partner in the biopharmaceutical industry‚Äô.

Open Innovation Event, 30 November 2018, Wilton Centre
This FDB invitation only “Open Innovation” event, which is supported by KTN, is an opportunity for SMEs, spin-outs and academics to meet key FDB personnel and find out more about their innovation strategy and open innovation opportunities.
Companies are invited to pitch their technology-driven products, services or processes to FDB, providing a great opportunity for potential business partnerships with FDB to be formed. The networking sessions are also a chance to make new contacts and discover technologies that other businesses are developing. The event is taking place on 30th November 2018, 9.30am to 4pm at the Wilton Centre, Redcar, Teesside, TS10 4RF. Places are limited so you are urged to register your interest ASAP. The closing date for applications is 31st October 2018.
