We are inviting companies working in, or with, immersive technology who are keen to engage with games industry talent to take part in an exclusive cross-industry networking session on 29 October. A unique chance to meet with members of BAFTA Games and BAFTA Crew Games.

About the event

This networking event is a unique opportunity for those working with immersive technology in enterprise sectors such as healthcare, agricultural, construction, architecture, manufacturing, creative media businesses to meet with BAFTA Games Crew members to find and explore potential collaborations and share ideas around immersive projects.

 

The event will begin with a brief industry introduction, followed by a meet and match roundtable session. It will finish with networking drinks.

 

How to apply

This event is free to attend, but there is a selection process for all attendees. You must be an Immerse UK member (i.e. have an online profile on our website). If you’re not already an Immerse UK member, you can join for free here.

 

You can apply by filling out a short application form. The deadline for applications is 22 October. Successful applicants will be informed soon after the deadline, as well as receiving a full briefing to help you fully prepare for the event.
