The Royal Society of Chemistry’s annual conference ‘Chemistry Means Business’ is taking place on 15 October at the QEII Conference Centre in London.

The Royal Society of Chemistry prides itself on promoting, supporting and celebrating chemistry. The annual Chemistry Means Business conference is their flagship event for industry, connecting start-ups, SMEs, multinational organisations, and academic entrepreneurs from across the UK and Europe.

In addition to offering a wide selection of information-rich talks from experts across key industry sectors, this conference also provides outstanding opportunities to network with other companies, innovators and decision makers.  You can set up pre-arranged meetings with prospective partner companies and academics and you can participate in interactive sessions offering ways to make high quality connections with senior representatives from your sector.

They expect to welcome over 250 senior representatives, decision makers and innovators from 13 sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Petrochemicals, Nuclear, Engineering, Speciality chemicals, Sustainable technologies, Food Biotech, Nanotechnology, Renewables, Catalysis, Consumer goods and Polymers.

This event also provides an opportunity to attend the Emerging Technologies Competition awards ceremony Рthe Royal Society of Chemistry’s annual innovation initiative, turning promising ideas into commercial reality.
