Dana joined KTN as Knowledge Transfer Manager – Synthetic Biology in March 2018. Her aim is to facilitate business growth and stimulate innovation focusing on synthetic biology.

Dana has a PhD in biochemistry and worked in academia and industry. She is an experienced strain development scientist with extensive knowledge of synthetic biology. Besides her lab experiences she successfully led and managed a variety of grant funded projects in the past.

Dana also acts as secretariat for the Synthetic Biology Leadership Council
