Vaia is the Online Experience Coordinator at the Web Management, Analytics and Search team, ensuring that KTN’s online presence (website and digital channels) offers a valuable user experience for our customers and supports in the reporting of relevant online statistics across the business as required.
Vaia has a First-Class Degree in Economics. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as an Advertising and Marketing Assistant and after her graduation started working as an Events Manager. Working in these two roles made her realise her passion for Marketing, and in November 2017 she graduated with a MSc in International Fashion Marketing from Heriot Watt University. After completing her studies, she worked as a Financial Administrative Assistant at Lloyds Banking Group, and the following year as a Client Department Co-ordinator at Baillie Gifford.
